February is for Valentines

Card103What better way to use Card making than for Valentine Cards…..Congratulations this month go to Christine of Belleville, ON. with her Valentine Vine Card for our Valentine Card Contest.
Christine does wonderful work and this card holds true….. with “love” hanging on the branches like vines of a tree. Who says a Birch Bark tree can’t have vines? because this one looks natural.
Christine has used the popular L737 Birch Trees stamp and F523 Lily of the Valley as two separate pictures layered together as one. This simple effect draws you into the card and ready to pick the ripe hearts just dangling on the Birch vines.  Congratulations Christine… your cards are well done and deserve Top Spot!!

Send us your card creation for our monthly card contests. The winner gets a $20.00 store/show/online credit. Not every fancy card wins, not every dazzling card wins…. the Card that wins is the one that feels right for the occasion. Please note that your Card…. must incorporate one or more of Frog’s Whiskers Ink or Rosewood, stamps or products in the design of the card.

In our next Card Challenge…..  for March….  Turn your clocks back, forward, no back, now forward… Lets have a Daylight Savings Time Contest
It doesn’t matter if it is a “Spring Forward” or a “What time is it Really” one, it must express the essence of the Card Contest theme
Looking Forward to seeing Your Cards
